Abstract:Aiming at the study of learning strategies between English and Japanese, we did a research on double language majors about language strategies. The object of the study is 314 double language majors in English and Japanese from grade one to grade three. Through questionnaire, interview and learning experience, the study reveals that double language majors in English and Japanese hold distinctive learning beliefs which show some language learning strategies of English-Japanese bilingual learners in China. According to the research, we find that the strategies of communicating with foreign teachers and paying attention to the interest are accepted by the English-Japanese bilingual learners. As the grade up to the taller stage, though students have some changes in the learning strategies, it is not very obviously. All of the research is aiming to help the English-Japanese bilingual learners to find a good learning strategy to study English and Japanese well.
