Abstract:Wine culture plays an important role in daily life, and its special function is so important that nothing can take the place of it. Chinese wine culture enjoys a high reputation in the world, so does French wine culture. This paper chooses one aspect of wine culture as research subject. This paper compares Chinese wine culture at table with French wine culture at table, and finds out that there are some differences in wine culture at table between China and France. These differences include the types of wine which people drink, the utensils of drinking, the ways in which people drink, the reasons why people drink wine and the function of wine culture at table in people’s daily life. This paper attempts to analyze the real reasons behind the differences. It aims to shed light on the differences in the wine culture at table between China and France, and to promote the development of wine culture at table between China and France.

中文摘要:酒文化在人们的日常生活中扮演着非常重要的角色。在交际领域中，它的特殊功能是其他的东西所不能取代的。中国酒文化在世界上享有盛名，法国的也是如此。本文选取了酒文化中一个侧面---餐桌上的酒文化作为研究对象。对中法餐桌上饮用的酒、使用的酒具、饮酒的方式、饮酒的原因以及餐桌酒文化在日常生活中的作用进行了较为详细的对比和分析，其目的在于使人们对餐桌酒文化有更进一步的了解，促进中法餐桌酒文化的进步与发展。
