Abstract: With the development of international business, sound intercultural business communication is playing a more and more important role in international enterprise management. However, there are always some obstacles, verbal, non-verbal or of social norms, arising from actual communication. And values in different countries contribute to these obstacles. This thesis is written on the purpose of promoting understanding among intercultural business communication speakers, for both individuals and business groups. This is mainly achieved through analysis of values, intercultural business communication, as well as their relationship. Finally, the author finds out some strategies to make such communication more effective and easier.

摘要:随着国际商务的发展,良好的跨文化商务沟通在国际化企业管理中的地位越来越重要。但在实际的沟通中,总会出现诸如语言,非语言,社会规范等障碍。而价值观是产生这些障碍的主要原因。因此,本文着重从文化价值观和社会价值观两方面入手,通过分析价值观,跨文化商务沟通,来研究价值观对于跨文化商务沟通的影响,并给出有效沟通的策略,使跨文化商务沟通更加轻松有效。
