Abstract
With the updating and development of the Internet, e-commerce English vocabulary is constantly changing, new expressions thus becoming an indispensable part in business activities. As a special language, business English has its unique language features. In today’s increasingly developed foreign trade, to study its characteristics plays a very important role in doing a good job in foreign trade. People want to facilitate communication in e-commerce activities, so it is necessary to study the characteristics of e-commerce English new expressions and the use of methods. Language is a very attractive communication tool that becomes an important part of people’s lives, work and study. As long as there is a human footprint, there will be language figure. Professional new expressions in e-commerce show features of complex meaning and large quantity of a wide range. But its structure has a regular rule of intelligence to follow. This paper exemplifies some means of neology, word-formation, compounding, blending, creation and abbreviation. In translation practice, literal translation, free translation, transliteration and combination of sound and meaning and other methods are most commonly used.
