摘要:我国电力系统中火电机组比重较大;同时电网负荷升高,峰谷差加大,使得火力发电系统的运行成本增加,给电力系统经济安全、机组合理调度提出了更高的要求。抽水蓄能以抽水、发电进行削峰填谷的独特运行方式实现电力负荷的调节和系统的安全稳定运行,是现代电力系统有效的调节工具。本文以含抽水蓄能的电力系统,基于混合整数规划方法,建立了含抽水蓄能的电力系统优化调度的数学模型。结合机组运行的经济性和安全性考虑了多个约束条件,以最小发电成本为目标函数,本文采用10台火电机组和1台抽水蓄能机组的算例进行仿真,将火力发电系统在加入抽水蓄能前后发电成本以及出力情况进行对比分析,研究火力发电系统中加入抽水蓄能所带来的容量效益,体现了抽水蓄能电站的削峰填谷的功能。

Abstract:There is a large proportion of thermal power units in power system of our county. Meanwhile, load and difference between the peak and vale in the power grid have become greater, which will increase the operation costs of power system. So the economic security of power system and reasonable scheduling of units need to be paid more attention. Pumped storage station has unique operating mode of pumping and power generation to take advantage of pumped storage for peak load shaving. It achieves power load regulation and a safe and stable operation of power system. It is also an effective regulatory tool of modern power system. This paper sets up mathematical model of optimal scheduling of power system including pumped storage. The mixed integer programming method has been adopted. Combining with the unit operation of economy and safety, it considers multiple constraint conditions. It treats the minimum cost of power generation as the objective function. In this paper, one example of the 10 thermal power units and a pumped storage unit carries on the simulation calculation. It compares and analyzes power generation costs and Power generation situation of thermal power system before and after joining pumped storage. It study thermal power generation system adding the capacity benefits of pumped storage, and reflects the function of peak load shaving of pumped storage station.
