中原油田PY联合站工艺设计_油气储运.rar

摘要：联合站的设计是以储运教研室给定的任务书为依据进行的。本联合站处理能力为300万吨/年。主要担负着附近各采油队的油、水的处理。在设计过程中，我认真仔细的查阅了联合站设计的许多相关资料和规范，以及与本站相关的设计参数。本站采用密闭生产流程，包括有泵和事故流程。站内划分为油罐区，污水处理区，工艺区，配电区，消防区，辅助生产区，设计时设计了有泵流程，同时也考虑了停电流程，即事故流程。

　　　在设计之初我阅读了相关资料以及学长学姐的联合站论文，并完成了外文文献翻译。然后我处理了相关的基本参数，然后进行了站内水力、热力计算以及三相分离器、油气分离器、电脱水器、加热炉的选型和校核，通过对罐区的计算，我选取了浮顶油罐；然后绘制了联合站平面布置图，工艺流程图；之后对站内管线、外输泵和脱水泵的选取。据此，设计了泵房安装图。

Abstract:Union Station's design is based on storage and Transportation Department given the assignment. This combined processing capacity of 3 million tons/year. Near the main responsible treatment of the production of oil, water. During the design process, I carefully inspect a joint design of a number of relevant information and specification, and design parameters associated with this site. The station closed in the production process, including pumps and processes. Accordingly, the design of pumping station installation diagram.
