摘要：本文完成了抚顺--营口段264千米输油管线首站工艺设计。抚顺--营口段264千米, 总输量为280万吨/年（柴油140万吨/年，汽油140万吨/年）。本设计采用密闭，顺序输送来满足工艺，以首站设计为主。在设计中采用了多台泵串联的方法。经水力计算全线共布置了2个泵站，每座泵站选3台泵，2台泵串联工作，1台泵备用。在首站选用了10个油罐，其中有6个2万方汽油罐，2个2万方和2个3万方柴油油罐。同时设计中计算了混油量和混油的处理方案。另外，本文完成了水力坡降图、首站平面布置图、工艺流程图、泵房安装图和消防系统流程图等图纸的绘制工作。

Abstract :Fushun-Yingkou paragraph 264 km pipeline process design. The Fushun-Yingkou segment 264 kilometers, the total input capacity of 2.8 million tons / year (1.4 million tons / year of diesel, gasoline, 1.4 million tons / year). This design uses a closed, sequential delivery to meet the technology, designed mainly to the first stop. Multiple pumps in series are used in the design.
