摘要：本次设计为东南油品销售公司成品油罐及装卸设施设计，东南地区地势平坦，有很好的区位条件，公路运输便利，因此设计运输方式主要是管道来油，依靠公路运输。本次设计的东南油品销售公司成品油罐及装卸设施设计是集中转与销售为一体的一级成品油库，为周边地区提供优越的油品储存与转输条件。本次的设计主要包括油罐区容量及油罐数目的计算，工艺流程设计及相关工艺计算，罐区管线布置设计，泵房安装设计计算，以及罐区消防设计。同时各种选中的设备进行校核，确保其使用的安全性，对于今后的库区扩张我还对库区进行了库区用地的预留。优化总平面布置，使之分区明确，贯彻节省用地和节约投资的原则，采用先进、可靠的工艺技术和设备，简化流程、便于操作严格遵守国家有关环境保护、职业安全卫生、消防及节能等政策、法规的要求，从而使油库更好的发挥作用。
