摘要：根据调查了解，现在农村使用的小型青饲料切碎机大多都存在很多安全性隐患。据调查，在农村因为操作青饲料切碎机不小心而导致手被切断的悲剧一幕时有发生。为了避免这些安全事故的再次发生，本文设计了一种较安全的小型青饲料切碎机，该设计主要是在分析现有青饲料切碎机的结构以及运动形式，找出其存在安全隐患的地方并对其进行改进设计，从而消除隐患，进而设计出一种新型的小型青饲料切碎机。
本设计首先介绍了选题的目的及意义，阐述了青饲料切碎机的发展状况；然后对现有的青饲料切碎机进行分析，找到导致意外事故发生的原因，再针对这些隐患部位进行设计。
论文的主题部分包括了送料装置的方案设计、减速装置的设计、偏置的曲柄滑块结构的设计、圆柱压缩弹簧的设计以及整机的装配；最后对本设计进行概括和总结，简要说明本设计的优点和不足。

Abstract：According to investigation know, now the small rural use email there are many green fodder most security hidden danger. According to the survey, in rural because operation green fodder to accidentally email hand cut off tragedy scene happen from time to tome. In order to avoid these safety accidents occur again, this paper designs a safer small green fodder in email, this design is mainly in the analysis of existing green fodder structure and email form of movement and find out the unsafe places and the improved design, so as to eliminate hidden dangers and then designs a new type of small email green fodder.
This design first introduces the purpose and significance of the topic selection, this paper expounds the developing situation of the email green fodder; Then on to existing green fodder for division email.
