摘要:分布式控制系统具有系统构成灵活、操作管理便捷、控制功能丰富、信息资源共享、安装调试方便等特点,所以在现在科学研究和工业生产中得到了越来越广泛的运用。
本文首先通过做简单控制和复杂控制实验,熟悉操作过程和丰富知识。在此基础上,完善缺省和部分不准确实验数据,使得数据更有参考价值。本文创新点在于研究时滞特性对液位和温度的影响,运用史密斯(Smith)预估算法,改善大时滞系统的控制品质。
最后在A3000实验系统上进行实验研究,给出了相关数据波形并进行分析,结果验证了设计的可行性和控制效果的品质。总结简单控制、复杂控制和研究性控制三部分实验,编写提交实验指导书、创建的组态工程和实验数据。分布式控制系统知识的学习和研究,对自主创新研究奠定基础。对于A3000系统更深入了解和熟练操作。为后面研究提供依据和经验。完善了分布式控制系统的10个基础简单实验和5个复杂实验数据和实验指导。共同建立了5个创新实验研究和指导。
