摘要:乳制品是除母乳外营养最均衡的全价食品,它在人们的膳食结构中占有不可取代的地位和作用。但是由于缺乏对必要参数的监视与控制,导致资源的浪费,使其得不到合理的利用。所以,针对以上一些问题在乳粉加工中引入组态的监视与控制成为必然的选择。
本文通过组态中的PID调节及测量和控制设备的检测,使各参数控制在最佳的范围内。各效蒸发器都能稳定高效的运行,从而得到生产目标原料浓度。
控制系统中的I/O模块采用智能ADAM模块,ADAM系列是一套含有微处理器的传感器-计算机智能接口模块。它们可以由一系列简单的ASCII码格式的命令远程控制,并且采用RS-485协议进行传输,它们提供信号的调制、隔离、范围限制、A/D或D/A转换、数据比较以及数字量通信。
组态软件在乳粉加工中的应用,不仅提高了生产效率,而且更加生动形象地展现了整个工艺流程的具体过程,使工业生产更加具体化。

ABSTRACT:Dairy products are the most balanced nutrition in breast milk for inexpensive food, it in people's diet structure holds the irreplaceable position and role. But because of the lack of necessary to monitor and control the parameters, leading to the waste of resources, make its not the reasonable exploitation. So, according to the problems in the introduction of powder processing configuration of the monitoring and control is an inevitable choice.
This article through the configuration of the PID adjustment and measurement and control equipment testing, make each parameter control in the best range. Each evaporator can stable and efficient operation, thus obtains the production target raw material concentration.
Control system of I/O modules using intelligent ADAM module, ADAM series is a set of contain microprocessor computer intelligence interface module sensor. They can be made by A series of simple ASCII format command remote control, and the RS-485 agreement for transmission, they provide the modulation signal, isolation, limits, A/D or D/A transformation, data comparison and the digital quantity communication.
Configuration software in the application of powder processing, not only improve production efficiency, but also more vivid image to show the whole process of the specific process, and make industrial production more specific.
