摘要
企业单位人事档案的管理工作是一种非常繁琐的工作,是一项需要准确迅速的信息检索工作。随着计算机信息技术的飞速发展,人类进入了信息时代,社会竞争越来越激烈,企业人事管理的重要性越来越突出,也成为企业管理中一个不可或缺的模块。所以,如何管理好企业内部员工的信息,成为企业管理中的大问题。这种状态之下,传统的纸质档案管理已经不再适用,开发一个企业人事管理系统就显得非常重要。
企业人事管理系统主要用于对所有员工的基本资料进行录入、职务的变更与管理。而随着公司发展而扩展出的功能有:员工考勤、调动等信息的录入、修改、删除、查询模块以及系统维护功能。为企业人事管理提供了信息的咨询、存取等服务,更加方便了企业对员工的管理。

Abstract
Business unit personnel file management work is a very tedious work, is a need for accurate and rapid information retrieval work. With the rapid development of information technology, mankind has entered the information age, the social competition more and more intense, the enterprise personnel management is becoming more prominent, has become a business management an indispensable module. So, how to manage their internal staff information, the management of enterprises to become big problems. Under this condition, the traditional paper archives management has no longer applies, the development of an enterprise personnel management system becomes very important.
