摘要
如今,随着人们生活水平的提高,手动操作的开关窗帘机逐渐被淘汰,一种集智能化、无线遥控、集群控制于一体的自动化控制窗帘机逐渐出现在市场中。智能窗帘机是机电一体化的产品,它是由机械传动部分和控制两大部分组成。而本文将重点介绍智能窗帘机实验模型的机械传动部分的结构和工作原理。
为了实现窗帘自动打开、闭合,机械传动部分将采用由电机、螺母丝杠结构和轴承等组成,运用电机带动丝杠转动,丝杠带动螺母移动的组合传动形式使窗帘能左右移动,从而实现窗帘的自动打开和闭合,由于螺母结构移动时需要限制螺母的转动,故需安装导向装置。首先,通过计算确定电机、轴承与内外螺纹的类型。接着,通过查表来解决螺母丝杠的螺纹配合问题,轴承、套筒和挡圈公差配合及定位问题。最后,设计外壳的形状与大小。从而完成整个智能窗帘机机械传动部分的设计。

Abstract
Now,with the improvement of living standard,manual switch machines have been gradually phased out curtains.A kind of digital intelligence, wireless remote control, cluster control in one of the automatic control curtain machine appearing in the market.Curtain machine is intelligent mechatronics products,it is part of the mechanical drive and control the composition of the two most.The paper will focus on smart curtain machine part experimental model of mechanical transmission of the structure and working principle.
In order to achieve curtains automatically open and closed,mechanical transmission parts will be used by the motor,the use of motor driven screw rotation, screw drive nut to move the form of a combination of driving around curtains to move in order to achieve the automatic opening and closing curtains.As the nut moves need to limit the structure of the rotating nut, so to install a guiding device.First, by calculating to determine motor, bearings and internal and external thread type.Then, by look-up table to solve the problem with the nut screw thread, bearings, sleeves, and ring with and positioning tolerances.Finally, the design of the shape and size of shell.Curtains to complete the mechanical transmission part of the Intelligent Design.
