摘 要:卧式镗铣数控机床是一种加工范围极广、自由度很大的机床,主要用来加工形状复杂、要求精度较高的箱体类零件,铣削平面、钻削、镗孔和加工端面等。
尽管传统的镗杆伸缩式结构,具有镗深孔及大功率切削的特点,但近几年来,随着为高速运行作技术支撑的传动元件电主轴、直线电机、线性导轨等得到广泛应用,主轴系统设计也由传统的镗杆伸缩式结构逐步向现代高速电主轴结构转变。
与国外同类产品相比,国内产品结构形式单一,产品运行速度、进给速度等性能与国外产品还有很大差距。
本文以镗杆伸缩式结构为基础,在广泛参考数控机床设计相关资料和吸收消化的前提下,完成了对机床主传动系统和主轴进给系统的设计,以及主要传动件的强度校核。

ABSTRACT:NC horizontal boring and milling machine is a machine tool with a very wide range of processing and large degree of freedom. It is mainly used to machine Box Parts those which have complex shapes and high accuracy requirements, to mill plane, drill hole, bore hole and machine face etc.
Though the traditional structure of telescopic boring bar has the characteristics of being able to bore deep hole and cut with high-power, recent years, as the elements such as Electric Spindle, Linear Motion Actuator and Linear Guides, etc, those which can provide technical support for the high-speed operation, were widely used, Spindle Designing transform from the traditional structure of telescopic boring bar to a modern high-speed electric spindle gradually.
Compared with the similar products abroad, home products has a single form, and there are still a large gap of the product’s operation and feed speed and other properties between product home and abroad.
This paper was based on the structure of telescopic boring bar and on the premise of widely referring to related and absorbing data of CNC machine tool design ,I complete designing for main drive of the machine tool, Spindle Feed System and the check of the strength of the main transmission parts.
