摘 要:本次设计主要从汽车悬架当中的钢板弹簧入手,去深入的了解并且自己动手去设计一个完整的钢板弹簧悬架。自己查阅了不少关于汽车底盘设计的相关书籍,与指导老师探讨设计以及计算的各个细节,然后设计了一副完整的悬架,再经过数次的修改,最终完成了了一个较为完善的悬架。首先对汽车钢板弹簧的结构方案进行论证,根据设计给定的四个参数对整车进行总体设计,包括整车的尺寸参数、质量性能参数和性能参数,在选择这些参数的时候可以通过国家标准以及相关的经验参数得到,最后对细节部分如卷耳形状,弹簧片截面形状等的最终确定。然后对选取的细节部分进行理论计算、验算是否符合其工作强度要求并且最终确定其具体参数,如曲率半径,片厚.片宽.片数等,并且以此参数进行制图。根据计算的参数,再选取与之配合的标准件。最后对组装好的悬架系统对汽车的稳定性的影响进行理论计算以及评估。经过对细节的审核以及修改,最后对参照了重庆钢板弹簧厂的工艺要求,根据自己设计的板簧的特点,编写了工艺要求。板弹簧的制造是由一板材进行冲裁,卷耳,淬火,回火,喷丸等工艺过程得到个片板簧,再对加工好的板簧进行组装而成。
