摘 要:插秧机的发展应根据各地人口、土质等因素因地制宜，寻找适合当地状况的插秧机。对插秧机国内外使用现状应有所了解，并了解插秧机各部分结构、类型、原理和构造、秧箱、分插秧机构、送秧机构、机架、行走装置和承载浮体、相关资料、配用动力，插秧机发展趋势。

　　　本文主要介绍了有关当前SR2Z-2型插秧机的横移送驱动链盒的设计，根据题材对插植链条箱左滚子链轮、横移送驱动壳体、簧片、链盒、内套、平垫圈、轴和轴承等零部件的进行了设计和计算。此装置可以大大提高农业生产率，减少人力资源的消耗，推动了农业高精机械化的发展。设计针对此问题列出了不同的方案，考虑到高效、稳定和经济方面的问题，最终决定此方案更适合SR2Z-2型插秧机，使插秧机的性能得到进一步的完善。

ABSTRACT:The development of rice transplanter should suit one's measures to local conditions according to the local population, soil quality and other factors, to find suitable for local conditions of rice transplanter. Should know the status of the use of transplanting machine at home and abroad, and to understand the structure of each part of rice transplanter, type, principle and structure, a seedling box, the transplanting mechanism, seedling feeding mechanism, a frame, running gear and bearing floating body, related data, matching power rice transplanter, development trend.

　　　This paper mainly introduces the design of sliding on the current SR2Z-2 type transplanter send chain drive box, according to the theme of the planting box chain roller chain, transverse feeding left drive housing, reed, chain box, the inner sleeve, flat washer, shaft and bearings and other parts of the design and calculation. This device can greatly improve the productivity, reduce the cost of human resources, promote the development of agricultural machinery. The design for this problem are listed in a variety of programs, taking into account the efficiency, stability and economic aspects of the problem, this scheme is more suitable for SR2Z-2 type transplanter finally, the performance of the transplanter has been further perfected.
