摘 要:K344型封隔器是油气井作业中使用的一种井下工具。属于水力扩张式封隔器，悬挂式固定，液压坐封，液压解封,依靠胶筒的膨胀来密封套管。本次毕业设计设计的K344-114型封隔器是一种采用了活动式保护块的扩张式封隔器，主要用于注水、试油、采油、找水、卡堵水、酸化等工艺，K344-114型封隔器易于坐封、解封，不需要机械力的帮助，对井眼适应性强，并且可以重复使用，所以针对不同油田的不同情况，可以使用该类型的封隔器进行地层测试。
本文概述了油田常用的封隔器的类型、参数、命名及其工作原理；讨论了目前封隔器所用的胶筒的发展现状，密封元件“防突”措施的类型，分析了封隔器的工作原理以及结构特征并对各重要零部件进行强度校核，密封元件坐封力的计算、弹簧数据的计算、封隔器基本效应的分析等。

ABSTRACT:Type K344 packer is a down hole tool used in the oil and gas Wells homework。Belongs to the hydraulic expansion packer， hanging fixed, hydraulic setting，hydraulic un-ban，depend on the expansion of the rubber tube to seal casing。The graduation project designed K344-114 packer is protected with a movable block expansion packer， mainly used for water、oil testing、 oil、looking for water、 plugging the card，acidification and other processes，K344-114 -type packer easy setting，reopened，without the help of mechanical force on the wellbore adaptable，and can be reused，so the different situations for different fields，you can use this type of packer for formation test。
This paper summarizes the field commonly used type of packer，parameters，naming and its working principle， discussed the current packer plastic tube used in the current development，the sealing element " outburst " the types of measures ，analyzes packer working principle and structure of all major components and strength check， packer sealing element force calculation， the calculation of the spring data，packer basic effect analysis。
