摘 要:随着现代高炉生产对原料的要求越来越高,相应的振动筛的要求也越来越高。振动筛要具有较高的生产效率,同时还要有较好的筛分效率和较低的动力消耗,并且还要具备结构简单。制造容易、维修方便等机械性能。而滚动筛和圆筒筛由于上述性能不是很好,他们逐渐被振动筛所代替。
自同步振动筛广泛用于筛分细小颗粒,他在煤矿、冶金、石油等工业领域,常被用来分级、脱水、脱泥,可谓用途是十分的广泛。
本篇毕业设计主要讲解了双电机自同步振动筛的发展现状和未来的发展趋势,同时对双电动机的工作原理进行了分析与讲解,并且对振动筛的动力学参数、运动学参数、筛箱、激振器、电动机、不平衡块进行了计算与选择,最后还对振动筛相关部件进行了优化设计。
