摘 要:带式输送机是由挠性运输带作为物料承载和牵引件的连续运输机械,是一种重要的搬运物料的机械。它的运输能力很大,功率小,构造简单并能实现高速的运输,因而是目前研究的热点问题。
本文采用的运输原料是矿粉,以水平运输的方式进行输。采用了常规的带式输送机选型设计,其步骤为:首先对带式输送机作了简单的概述;接着分析了输送机传动方案的论证并确定其传动形式,然后简单介绍其工作原理并进行输送机的选型设计及输送带滚筒的计算,最后对各主要部件进行选型说明。普通带式输送机的主要部件包括:传动装置,机架,拉紧装置,传动装置及运输带。通过本项目的设计计算成功地制备出普通型带式输送机。设计结果更进一步说明了,输送机要想获得更高的运输效率,须不断提高功率及输送带设计及考虑结构设计创新。

Abstract:Belt conveyor is composed of flexible belt as a continuous transport machinery material bearing and traction, is a machine for handling material important. Its ability to transport large, small power, simple structure and can realize the high-speed transport, which is a current research hotspot.
The transport of raw material is mineral powder, with horizontal transportation way to lose. Using belt conveyor design routine, which comprises the following steps: first of belt conveyor is summarized; then analyzes the conveyor drive scheme is demonstrated and the transmission form, then introduces the working principle and design of the conveyor and transport calculations with the drum, the last of the main components selection description. The main components of ordinary belt conveyor includes: transmission device, a frame, tension device, transmission device and conveyor belt. Through the design of the project is calculated successfully prepared by the ordinary belt conveyor. The design result is further illustrated, conveyor to obtain higher transport efficiency, to improve power and belt conveyor design and structural design considerations.
