摘要:本课题是围绕着旋转防喷器结构优化设计作为中心,试设计出一种结构简单、容易密封、加工方便、安装维护方便的新型旋转防喷器。本论文的研究工作对旋转防喷器的国产化生产和新产品的研发具有一定的重要意义。
针对国产旋转防喷器目前存在的一些问题,本论文从国内外大量有关欠平衡钻井设备和旋转防喷器的参考文献中分析总结出旋转防碰器的基本知识,在此基础上,通过对旋转防喷器专利结构方案的分析研究,结合现场生产、安装、维护、使用情况等对旋转防喷器结构的要求,找到了国内旋转防喷器的特点和发展发向,结合国产旋转防喷器的技术现状得到了一个相对结构优化、密封可靠、便于加工和操作的结构方案,并结合工程制图,对相关结构进行了选材和强度校核。对关键密封技术进行了结构设计和理论原理分析。
