摘要:汽车离合器位于发动机和变速箱之间的飞轮壳内,用螺钉将离合器总成固定在飞轮的后平面上,离合器的输出轴就是变速箱的输入轴。在汽车行驶过程中,驾驶员可根据踩下或松开离合器踏板,使发动机和变速箱暂时分离和逐渐结合,以切断或传递发动机向变速器输入的动力。其功用为:(1)使汽车平稳起步;(2)中断给传力系的动力,配合换挡;(3)防止传力系过载。
膜片弹簧离合器是近年来城市客运汽车广泛采用的一种离合器,它的转矩容量大而且较稳定,操作轻便,平衡性好,也能大量生产。另外,采用了膜片弹簧作为压簧,可同时兼起到分离杠杆的作用,使离合器结构大为简化,并显著地缩短了离合器的轴向尺寸。膜片弹簧和压盘的环行接触,可保证压盘上的压力均匀。由于膜片弹簧本身的特性,当摩擦片磨损时,弹簧的压力几乎没有改变,且可减轻分离离合器时所需要的踏板力。对于它的研究已经变得越来越重要。
