摘要:带钢生产已由过去的单纯追求大型化、高产量,转变为注重带钢的产品质量。板形是带钢的重要质量性能指标,为此,本次设计的900带钢轧机对其辊系做了重点改进,即对轧机的辊缝控制系统、轧机机架结构及强度轧辊材质及辊形等做了提高性设计。
本文的内容主要包括:运用相关轧制理论进行了轧制压力和轧制力矩的计算,按照本轧机的工况选取了合适的电动机,进行了轧辊的设计及强度校核,对辊缝调整系统的液压缸进行了设计计算,对本轧机主传动系统部件、齿轮机座、轧机机架进行了的设计计算,最后对轧钢机的安装维护提出了相关要求。

ABSTRACT:Strip steel production has been developed from the past pure pursuit of large-scale, high yield, to pay attention to the product quality of strip steel. Flatness is one of the important quality of steel strip performance index, therefore, the design of the 900 strip mill roll system did to its focus on improvement, namely, roll gap control system of rolling mill, rolling mill rack structure and intensity of roll material and the roller shape and improve the design.
This paper content mainly includes: use of relevant theory of rolling of the rolling pressure and rolling moment calculation, in accordance with the conditions of the rolling mill, selected the suitable motor for the roll design and strength check, the roll gap adjustment system has carried on the design and calculation of hydraulic cylinder, this rolling mill main drive system components, gear stand, mill housing has carried on the design and calculation, and finally puts forward relevant requirements on installation and maintenance of rolling mill.

本次设计的重点在于板形的控制上。设计的主要内容就在于轧辊以及压下装置部分。本次设计采用全液压压下系统,全液压系统拥有以下几个特点:1.快速响应性好,调整精度高;2.过载保护简单可靠;3.采用液压缸压下可以根据需要改变轧机当量刚度,轧机实现从“恒辊缝”到“恒压力”轧制,以适应各种轧制及操作情况;4.较机械传动效率高;5.便于快速换辊,提高轧机作业率。正因为全液压系统拥有这些特点,所以能够满足本次设计的要求,达到预期的效果。
