摘要:盘式刹车装置在当代机械中有着重要的作用,使用率也逐步提升,比如小轿车上的盘式刹车,正逐步代替鼓式刹车,石油机械上的绞车,现代技术条件下产生的顶部驱动装置,国内外的石油机械普及了盘式刹车的运用,用途十分广泛。盘式刹车装置具有散热性好、结构简单容易更换、制动迅速、容易控制等优点,性能效果明面,它以独特的优点和安全性能被广大用户认可。

   本文研究的是四川宏华设备有限公司的顶部驱动装置,重点是液压盘式刹车部分,液压盘式刹车由三部分组成:液压站、制动执行机构、液压连接管线。动力源是液压站,为执行机构提供所需的液压动力,执行机构是制动执行部分,它由刹车钳、刹车盘、钳架三部分组成。

   本文首先简单的介绍了顶部驱动装置的基本构成及液压原理,让我们对顶部驱动装置有一个大概的了解,然后通过小轿车上刹车装置,盘式刹车与鼓式刹车进行对比,突出盘式刹车的优点。最后着重分析盘式刹车装置的工作原理,以及受力情况,进行强度分析。通过以上的论述,让我们掌握了当代技术条件下盘式刹车装置的运用。

ABSTRACT:Disc brake device plays an important role in modern machinery, the utilization rate is also increased gradually, is gradually replacing the drum brake, , the winch on petroleum machinery, modern technology under the condition of the top drive, petroleum machinery at home and abroad popular application of disc brake, a wide range of uses. Disc brake device with good heat dissipation, simple structure and easy replacement, the brake quickly, easy to control, the performance area, its unique advantages and safety performance recognized by the majority of users.

  This study is the top Sichuan Honghua Equipment Co. Ltd is focused on driving device, hydraulic disc brake parts, hydraulic disc brake is composed of three parts: hydraulic station, brake actuator, hydraulic connection pipeline. The power source is the hydraulic station, hydraulic power required for the implementing agencies, implementing agencies is the brake part, it consists of brake calipers, brake disc, a clamp rack is composed of three parts.

This paper first briefly introduces basic structure and principle of the hydraulic top drive device, let us to the top drive device to have a general understanding, and then through the car brake, disc brake and drum brake is compared, for brake compared with disc brakes with petroleum machinery winch, highlight the advantages of disc brake. Finally analyzed  the working principle of the disc brake device and the stress distribution and strength analysis. Through the above discussion we mastered the use of modern technology the disc brake device.
