摘要:厨房电器是人类生存健康的重要工具。然而,在解决健康的前提下人们对厨房电器产品的要求也越来越高。节能环保,方便快捷,自动化成了主流,具有人文关怀的产品也越来越受大众的亲睐。因而交互设计诞生了,交互设计是一种如何让产品易用,有效而让人愉悦的技术,它致力于了解目标用户和他们的期望,了解用户在同产品交互时彼此的行为,了解“人”本身的心理和行为特点,同时,还包括了解各种有效的交互方式,并对它们进行增强和扩充。交互设计还涉及到多个学科,以及和多领域多背景人员的沟通。“人”是基本的,我们应该在满足人生理需求,用美的、功能性的设计语言来设计一个创新产品的同时,我们往往会忽略了人对产品的心理需求。人与产品不只是是生理上的接触,一个好的产品在满足生理需求的同时也应该考虑到人与产品的情感。所以有了交互设计理念的提出,使得人与产品在生理和心理更好互动。
本篇论文里主要就是厨房电器产品在交互设计理念中进行探讨,通过入户调查研究的方法对交互设计在产品设计厨房电器上的影响分析与归纳,从而提取影响用户——产品——环境交互性的因素。最后以电磁炉的设计案例再深入了解厨房电器交互设计的过程,了解交互设计的实践方法。

Abstract:Kitchen appliances are important tools for human survival and health. However, in addressing the health under the premise of the kitchen appliance products are increasingly high requirements. Energy saving and environmental protection, convenient and quick, automation has become mainstream, with humanistic care products are more and more popular pro-lai. Thus the interactive design was born, interaction design is a how to make the product easy to use, efficient and pleasant, it is committed to understanding of the target users and their expectations, to understand the user interacts with the product when in each other's behavior, to understand the" human" their psychological and behavioral characteristics, at the same time, also includes the understanding of various effective interaction, and for them to be enhanced and expanded. Interaction design involves many disciplines, and multiple domains and multiple background staff communication. " People " is the basic, we should meet the physiological needs, with beautiful, functional programming language to design an innovative products at the same time, we tend to ignore the psychological demand of products. And the product is not only physical contact, a good product to meet the physical needs but also should consider the people and products of emotion. So the interaction design concept put forward, make person and product in physiological and psychological better interaction.
This thesis is mainly kitchen appliances in interactive design concept are discussed, through the survey research method to the interaction design in product design the kitchen appliances on and analysis of the influence of inductive effect, thereby extracting user -- Product -- environment interaction factors. Finally to electromagnetism furnace design cases and in-depth understanding of kitchen appliances interaction design process, an understanding of the interactive design method in practice.

国家统计局最新数据显示,今年全国60岁以上人口为1.3亿,占总人口的比重已达到10%。据中国消费者报报道,按照国际通行的“老年人口按国际惯例,60岁以上为老年人,占人口比例达到10%以上即开始进入老龄时代”的标准,中国已正式进入老龄社会。另据中国老年科研中心日前公布的一项调查显示,目前全国约有1000万80岁以上高龄老人需要照顾。在被调查的城市老人中,98%的老人依靠自我养老。在这样的情况下,我国开始大力的提倡,鼓励对老年人的关怀。
在老龄化社会,作为设计者的我们也可以在产品设计上给老人们一些关怀。厨房电器是老人们自我养老必须使用的产品,本文研究的目的:通过运用交互设计理念设计出更具针对性的适合老年人使用的厨房电器产品。本文的最终目标是让老年人在使用厨房电器产品过程中得到良好的一个养生的体验过程。本文研究对于老人关怀行动,特别是产品关怀面对具有重要意义。
