企业商务秘书与机关办公室行政秘书之角色比较_文秘秘书论文.doc

摘要:随着我国改革开放的不断深入和市场经济的不断发展，秘书作为一种职业日益得到社会重视。目前中国的秘书从角色上进行分类主要分为：企业商务秘书与政府行政秘书。本文希望结合当前秘书学界的研究成果和已知资料，通过总结毕业实习中得到的经验为辅助手段，对企业中商务秘书这一角色和党政体系之中行政秘书的角色进行分析比较研究，希望可以区分这两种既有联系又有区别的不同角色，完善各自的角色定位，并通过对商务秘书和政务秘书这两种角色历史发展过程的探索和对比研究，分析二者在当今社会的发展形势，进而引起重视，推动秘书角色的专题性研究。

ABSTRACT:Secretary: leaders, those in charge around auxiliary staff, and the public service personnel. Chinese secretary from the role of classification is divided into: Secretary of the enterprise business with the government executive secretary. This article hopes to combine the current secretary of academic research results and known as an adjunct to practical research, analysis and comparison study among enterprises as well as party and government systems business secretary and executive secretary, the wording sought two on the same level, and hopefully we can distinguish between two existing connections and differences between the different roles, improve the positioning of the respective roles, thus promoting the special study of the role of the Secretary. 

　　　Between the Secretary of the enterprise business and government executive secretary role we see not only the different points, it is found as a modern secretary both have in common, in the work of the enterprise business secretary should communicate with each other and the executive secretary of the Government have no to jointly improve the professional quality of each category Secretary.

　　　秘书是一种多层次的角色，本论文通过对党政机关中政务秘书与企业中商务秘书两种角色的比较，认为政务秘书相对来说是为部门、基层、人民服务，同时充当“智囊团”的人员；商务秘书则更多是在企业从事各种商务活动的组织，协助投资者、经营者、企业管理者处理各种商务性事务的秘书人员。本文主要致力于比较研究商务秘书和政务秘书两种角色之间的异同，希望对从事秘书工作的同学、朋友在角色定位上有所帮助。通过这一系列包括各自职责、综合素质、工作特点等方面的比较，能使我们更清晰地看到现实中企业商务秘书和党政机关政务秘书的异同。通过以上对二者之间工作职责、角色特征、工作特点及其各自职业特点的比较，我们可以认为：企业商务秘书更侧重社交型工作，而政府行政秘书更注重文字工作。
