摘要：快速作文法是一种快速高效的作文训练方法，可提高学生快速作文的能力。发展学生个性是学校教育的重要目标，但个性缺失已成为学生作文的普遍现象。本文从教师导和学生写两方面出发，尝试从个性思维培养和个性彰显方法角度探索快速作文与发展学生个性的有效结合方法，让学生作文充满个性。

Abstract: The rapid composition method is a fast and efficient composition training method because it can improve students' composition ability. The important goal of schooling is to develop students’ personalities, but lacking in personalities has become a common phenomenon in students' writings. In order to solve the problem, this paper focuses on two aspects, teachers and students, to explore an efficient method which combines the rapid composition method with the development of students’ personalities from a perspective of individual thinking.
