摘要：薛法根老师的教学方法和教学理念如果用几个词来概括，那就是组块教学和简约语文。这样的教学理念是为了达到“教是为了达到不需要教”的目的。组块教学将繁杂的课堂教学内容划分为清晰的模块，既使得教师的教学过程条理清楚，又使得学生易于接受。而简约语文的教学理念则体现出薛老师的智慧所在。他将千头万绪的语文课变得简单明了又不失生动活泼，体现出了语文的真实性、语文味和智慧。在这样的方法和理念的指导下，薛老师形成了自己独特的教学风格，并对当今的语文教育产生了深远的影响。

Abstract: Xuefagen’s teaching methods and teaching idea if use a few word to conclude, it is chunking teaching and contracted language. Such teaching idea is to achieve the purpose that teaching is to achieve the no-teacher teaching.
