摘要:《三国演义》中的曹操形象里有君主意识和为相谋略，前者表现在君权神圣、唯我独尊和驭臣以术；后者表现在以法治国、唯才是举、抑制兼并和用兵之诡。通过这些表现来突出曹操的个人才能并加以分析其才能的形成原因，即机警狡诈初露端倪、生活经历锻塑才干和社会生活影响志向。最后考究曹操的君主意识和为相谋略对后世的影响，包括法家思想的运用及其完善“霸府制”的创新及其对后世政权结构的影响和民族政策促进民族融合三个方面。

ABSTRACT:By the《Romance of The Three Kingdoms》, this article explore Cao cao’s work ,wich is about consciousness of monarchy and strategy of chancellor,and analyze it. The content of consciousness of monarchy is that NO offend monarchy scared ,Egoistic,The way of controlling official in federal times; The content of strategy of chancellor is that Running the country according to the law,Appreciating the talents, Stopping the merger ,Protecting the people.Through these specific performance to highlight Cao cao’s personal ability and analyze the reasons for the formation of their talents,which is alert cunning signs, life experiences, forging plastic talents and social life ambition.Finally investigating influence of Cao cao’s consciousness of monarchy and strategy of chancellor,which include the use of legalism,perfecting the innovation of “ba fu” ,and its influence on later political power structure and national policy to promote integration in three aspects.
