XX学院汉语言文学专业本科毕业生就业现状调查.doc

摘要:目前，大学毕业生就业问题是社会关注的焦点。调查显示XX学院人文学院汉语言文学专业本科毕业生就业存在诸多问题：专业基础不扎实，就业能力不强；就业期许过于盲目，就业目标常常不切合实际。毕业生从事所学专业工作的人数少，专业对口率低，而且就业准备不充分，眼高手低。调查还反映出学校给予的就业指导力度不足，对学生就业帮助不明显等问题。为解决毕业生就业问题，需要从学生、学校、社会三方面寻求对策。我院本科毕业学生要努力学好专业知识、做好规划。学校要创新教育理念，加强就业指导力度。社会要进行全方位的就业支持，包括政府应落实促进大学生的就业政策、优化创业服务；用人单位应注重毕业生的选择培养、树立正确的用人观。

Abstract:At present, the problem of employment of university graduates is the focus of attention of the society. Survey of graduates of Chinese language and literature, Xuzhou Institute of Technology College of Humanities and employment exist many problems: professional foundation is not solid, employment ability is not strong; employment expectations are too blind, employment goals are often not practical. The number of graduates in the major work less, low rate of professional counterparts, and preparation for employment is not full, have grandiose aims but puny abilities. The survey also reflects the school that it gives employment guidance is insufficient, to help students employment is not obvious and other issues. To solve the employment problem of graduates, it needs to seek the countermeasures from three aspects of students, school, society. Undergraduate graduate students should learn professional knowledge and good planning. Schools should innovate education concept and strengthen employment guidance. The society should carry out a full range of employment support, including the government should promote the implementation of college students employment policy, optimize business services; The employer should pay attention to the choice of training graduates, establish the correct view of employment.
