论孔子学说“恭、宽、信、敏、惠”与秘书修养.doc

[摘要]《论语》中孔子与弟子的言论，是孔子对弟子加强人生修养的教导，这些警句良言，是孔子对人生的感悟和生活的总结，具有很强的真对性。本文以自身对孔子思想的把握和理解为基础，通过阐述、举例等方法分析“恭、宽、信、敏、惠”的内涵并结合秘书工作的性质特点，分析秘书在充当辅助角色时不可或缺的修养成分，同时，指明培养秘书良好修养的目标与方向，探寻提高秘书修养的方法与途径。最后总结得出：孔子学说对秘书修养的培养具有指导现实实践的意义。

[Abstract]  The Analects  of Confucius and his disciples of speech  is a disciple of Confucius's teachings to strengthen accomplishment of life, these aphorisms good words, Confucius perception of life and life's summary, with strong real sex. In this paper, their grasp on and understanding of Confucianism as the basis, through the elaboration of other methods for example of (Gong,Kuang,Xin,Min, Hui). Secretary of the meaning and nature of the work with the characteristics of the Secretary to serve as an auxiliary role or not lack of training components, while specifying the target culture secretary good training and direction to improve the Secretary to explore ways and means of cultivation Concluded obtained: Secretary of Confucianism on the cultivation of self-cultivation practice with the guidance of practical significance.
