摘要:淮扬菜是中国古典四大菜系之一，在整个中国菜系中有着不可动摇的重要地位。淮扬菜还被人们称赞为“东南第一佳味，天下之至美”。而淮安也有着“淮上江南”、“壮丽东南第一洲”等美誉，古往今来的许多文化名人也都和淮扬菜有着千丝万缕的联系。淮安作为“淮扬菜之乡”，在淮扬菜的传扬和发展上也做出了突出的贡献，例如“中国淮扬菜美食文化节”的举办、“中国淮扬菜文化博物馆”的建设和“淮安市淮扬菜美食文化研究会”等等都是淮安在传扬淮扬菜方面做出的举措。但是在淮扬菜的传扬方面，淮安也并非做的尽善尽美，还是需要在各个方面加大传扬的力度，这样才能真正把淮扬美食更好的传播给世界各地。随着淮扬菜的传扬也给淮安城市的发展带来了契机，不仅仅推动了旅游业的发展也为淮安的招商引资开启了方便之门。
