摘要:在现代社会中,秘书充当着重要的角色,可以说是影响到社会良好发展、经济健康运行等不可或缺的职业。然而当前对于高校文秘职业能力的培养力度存在着很多问题,而且文秘学科的发展以及社会需求复杂多变的情况,使得现今高校秘书专业人才培养压力增大,教学模式和办学理念都有待提升。本文通过对文秘学生应具备的职业素质、缺乏职业能力的原因、以及解决策略这三方面进行探索,以期总结出高效文秘学生职业能力培养的有效模式,为文秘专业发展提供帮助。

Abstract: In modern society, the Secretary of the important role as can be said to affect the good development of social, economic and other essential health professional operation. 20世纪80年代,随着市场和社会的需要,秘书学作为一门年轻的学科得以兴起,高校秘书专业也是在这个背景下应运而生的。在市场经济对社会文秘人员需求量增大的同时,也对文秘人员的专业素养与职业能力提出了更高要求。那么如何应对不断变化和进步的市场需求,适应现代社会的秘书工作,成为文秘教学的工作重心。市场的需求状况应该成为高校文秘学生职业能力培养的动态依据,不断探索创新,改革文秘专业的教学方法与办学模式,有效的培养出为我国社会经济建设服务的高质量、新型秘书职业人才,是高校文秘专业教育教学的重大问题。需要研究者不断的总结经验、进行可行性教育教学探索,并且站在理论的基础上,对目前存在的问题进行梳理和分析,探索高校文秘学生职业能力的培养策略,为促进文秘教学和学生就业服务。
