摘要:近几年宿迁市中小型企业发展迅速,企业之间的竞争越来越激烈,而秘书人员在这些企业的生产活动中起着非常重要的作用,秘书职业素质的高低,将直接影响到企业的运转效率。因此,提高秘书人员的职业素质就显得非常重要。通过调查发现,当前宿迁市中小型企业秘书的职业素质现状并不如人意,存在学历低、专业知识缺乏、工作能力欠缺、职业意识不强,心理素质不佳、职业道德薄弱等问题。为提高宿迁市中小型企业秘书的职业素质,需要秘书人员自身和企业两方面共同努力:秘书人员要发现自身不足,不断学习,努力提高各方面素质;企业要加大对秘书人员的培训力度,为他们提供更宽阔的舞台,培养适应企业发展的秘书人才。

Abstract:Small and medium-sized enterprises in Suqian City have developed rapidly in recent years and the competition between the enterprises is more and more fierce. The secretary personnel in these enterprises play a very important role in production activities and the secretary professional quality will directly affect the enterprise's operation efficiency. Therefore,improving the professional quality of the secretarial staff is very important. Through the survey found that professional quality current situation of small and medium-sized enterprises in Suqian City Secretary is unsatisfactory。The problems are low degree,the lack of professional knowledge and job skills,professional consciousness weak,poor psychological quality, professional ethics weak and so on. In order to improve the professional quality, need secretary personnel itself and the enterprise two aspects. Secretarial staff to find its deficiencies, continuous learning, and strive to improve the quality of all aspects. Enterprises should intensify for secretary personnel training, providing them with more spacious stage, training to adapt to enterprise development secretary talents.

从宿迁市中小型企业秘书职业素质调查和分析的结果可以得出,中小型企业秘书大都是综合型秘书,基本能够完成领导交办的事务。然而秘书人员知识结构混乱、工作能力欠缺、心理素质不强、职业意识不强、职业道德薄弱等问题导致秘书在工作时力不从心,工作效率比较低。要改变这一现状,秘书人员要反复练习,提高办公水平;不断学习,完善知识结构;艰苦奋斗,保持良好心态;勇于实践,善于反思总结;注意言行,加强人际交往;制定计划,树立服务意识;端正态度,树立敬业精神。同时,企业也要采取积极措施,定期开展秘书职业素质培训;加强秘书队伍建设,引进高素质人才;引入激励机制和学习先进事迹。
