摘要:利用表面分子印迹技术和溶胶-凝胶法制备铅离子印迹聚合物,以硝酸铅为模板分子,壳聚糖为功能单体,硅胶为载体,γ-(2,3环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-560)为交联剂,通过单因素和正交实验对制备工艺中模板分子与交联剂的比例,壳聚糖的用量,交联反应时间,凝胶干燥温度等因素进行探讨。确定铅离子印迹聚合物的最佳工艺:模板分子与交联剂的摩尔比为1:18,壳聚糖的用量为1.8 g,交联反应时间为5 h,凝胶聚合物干燥的温度为50 ℃,硅胶在聚合物中用量为1.5 g,采用3 mol/L的盐酸在超声条件下进行洗脱。在此条件下,制备出的最优化聚合物,其最大饱和吸附量达到22.7 mg/g。
