浅谈偏远农村“村务公开”存在的问题与对策(B村为例).doc

摘要

　　　村务公开是农村工作一项极其重要的内容，是构建社会主义和谐社会、加强农村基层民主建设、促进基层党风廉政建设的有力保证。近年来，村务公开在全国各地纷纷推广，在一些经济较发达地区取得了显著的成绩。但在一些比较偏远的农村和山区，村务公开在实际操作过程中出现了许多问题。本文主要采用文献研究法和个案调查法介绍村务公开的一些基本理论，联系偏远农村镇雄县老包寨村村务公开的实际情况，对村务公开在实际运作过程中出现的问题做一个简要分析，进而阐述村务公开在实施过程中出现问题的原因及对其提出切实可行的对策与建议。从而来促进偏远农村的基层民主政治建设，保证偏远农村村民的知情权和监督权，促进村民自治的顺利进行。

Abstract

　　　Village affairs is an extremely important elements of rural work, building a socialist harmonious society, strengthening grassroots democracy in rural areas, promoting a strong guarantee of THE PARTY.In recent years, the village in all parts of the country are open promotion, in some economy more developed regions have achieved remarkable results.However, in some of the more remote rural and mountainous areas,village affairs in the actual operation in a number of problems have arisen.This paper mainly adopts some of the basic theory of literature and case investigation and village affairs, contact the actual situation of village affairs by the remote rural town of the Xiongxian old package Zhai, A brief analysis of village affairs in the actual operation of the process problems, and then explained the reasons and of their village affairs to problems in the implementation process to put forward practical measures and recommendations.Thus remote rural areas to promote grass-roots democracy, to ensure that remote rural villagers' right to know and to supervise and promote the autonomy of the villagers.
