按劳分配与按生产要素分配共同促进社会和谐

摘要：在我国，按劳分配与按生产要素分配相结合的分配制度适应了社会主义初级阶段和社会主义市场经济体制的要求，是符合我国经济发展的收入分配制度。我们必须在社会主义市场经济建设中，正确的认识和处理两者之间的内在关系。两种分配制度之间既有差别也存在共同之处，我们要从其内涵、本质、理论等方面详细的分析。在市场经济发展的实践中，使两种分配的差异逐步缩小，达到相互参透和兼容。从而完善社会主义市场经济的收入分配制度，最大限度的发挥劳动者的能力和创造力，提高人民收入，构建社会主义和谐社会，实现共同富裕。

Distribution according to work and distribution according to production factors to promote social harmony

Abstract: In China, the distribution system according to work and distribution according to production factors and distribution system to meet the requirements of the primary stage of socialism and the socialist market economic system, is in line with the economic development of our country's income distribution system. We must be in the socialist market economy, the correct understanding and handling of the relationship between the two. There are some differences in the two kinds of distribution systems. We must analyze the content, essence and theory. In practice, the development of the market economy, the difference between the two kinds of distribution gradually disappear, achieve mutual penetrate and compatible. So as to improve the income distribution system of the socialist market economy, maximize the ability and creativity of the workers, improve people's income, build a socialist harmonious society, realize common prosperity.
