论提高中学生抗挫折能力的价值与对策--由“草莓族”引发的思考.doc

摘要：目前我国中学生由于抗挫折能力差引发的青少年自身身心健康问题以及社会问题日益突出，实施中学生抗挫折能力教育具有紧迫性，提高中学生抗挫折能力对促进社会进步和时代发展、完善素质教育、培养坚强意志品质和身心健康等方面具有重要价值。当代中学生挫折的成因主要来自自身、家庭、学校和社会四个主要方面，除了中学生自身原因外，其所处的外在大环境是其挫折形成的主要原因。应从学生自身、家庭、学校和社会四个层面提高中学生抗挫折能力，中学生应提高认识、目标合理，家长应树立榜样、合理期望，学校应科学定位、更新理念，社会应开展活动、加强引导。

Abstract: At present our country middle school students because antifrustration ability difference caused by the physical and mental health problems and their own youth social problem increasingly.Implementation of frustration education has the ability to middle school students urgency.Middle school students to improve the ability of setbacks to promote social progress and the development of The Times, perfect quality education and cultivate a strong will quality and health of body and mind etc, it has important value.The frustration of main causes of contemporary middle school students from their own, family, school and society four major aspects.In addition to high school students outside their own reason, the place of the external environment is the main cause of they formation setbacks which cannot be neglected.We should start from the students themselves, family, school and society four aspects to improve the ability of setbacks middle school students.Middle school students should improve the understanding and set reasonable goals.Then parents should set an example and place reasonable expectations.Then the school shall scientific orientation and updating philosophy.Last society should carry out activities to strengthen guidance.
