A县铁路货运代理业发展研究.doc

【摘要】随着铁道部的拆分，铁路总公司的成立，铁路体制的改革正如火如荼。逐步打破垄断、引进民营也是这项改革的重中之重。本论文以研究嘉善铁路货运代理业发展研究为突破口，主要通过文献研究法、总结归纳法、比较研究法、访谈法来探索研究。笔者将通过实证研究，对引进民营之后嘉善铁路货运代理业发展成果与社会效应进行评价，重点回答嘉善铁路货运代理业的发展过程、嘉善铁路货运代理业发展现状、嘉善铁路货运代理业发展现存问题这三个问题，通过访谈等形式收集各方信息意见，也希望通过研究结论能够为嘉善货运代理行业的后续发展提出政策建议，为铁路货运代理业的发展提供一个良好的环境，同时也为其他领域打破垄断、引进民营的尝试提供一个范例。

【Abstract】With the split of the ministry of railways and the establishment of the railway corporation, reform of the railway system is in full swing. Gradually breaking the monopoly and introducing private enterprises are top priority.A Freight forwarder to develop Jiashan railway is the breakthrough. in this paper which researched mainly by Conducting Content Analysis, summarizing, comparison and interview.The author will evaluate the freight achievements with private enterprises introduced into Jiashan and the social effect through empirical studies. With these results, it can be inferred that the process, current situations and problems of  Jiashan railway freight agent.Information gathered from interviews which benefit to Jiashan freight development such as policy recommendations and providing a better environment, also these conclusions set a good example for other places.
