大型连锁超市A企业的配送中心选址规划.doc

摘要:随着物流中心在现代物流中扮演着一个越来越重要的角色。一个合理的物流中心选址对于物流业来说是非常重要的。物流中心选址直接影响着物流中心各项经济活动的成本和利润，同时也关系到物流中心的正常运作和发展。

本文基于连锁超市A企业的选址问题进行分析，从而得出一些相对应的经验及选址方法用来解决目前我国大型连锁超市所存在的问题。本文首先介绍了配送中心选址的国内外现状，然后以连锁超市A企业为研究背景，运用重心法选址模型对配送中心进行选址，随后分析了配送中心选址的其他影响因素，最后得出选址结果。

ABSTRACT:As the logistics center is playing a more and more important role in modern logistics. A reasonable location of logistics is very important for the logistics industry. Logistics center location of logistics center directly influences the economic activities of cost and profit, but also relates to the normal operation and development of logistics center.

This paper analyzed the location problem of chain supermarket based on A enterprise, thus obtains some corresponding experience and location method is used to solve the large supermarket chains in China problems[1]. This paper first introduces the current situation at home and abroad of the location of logistics center, and then to the supermarket chain A enterprise as the research background, using the method of center of gravity location model of distribution center location, followed by an analysis of the other factors that affect the distribution center location, the location results[2].
