摘 要:城市地铁以其方便、快捷日益成为人们生活中不可或缺的交通工具,而“地铁+大学城”的发展模式为大学城这一高密度群体的出行更是起到十分重要的作用。本文采用定性与定量、点—线—面相结合的方法,依据实地调研结果和典型案例,深入分析了地铁二号线的建设和开通后,对仙林大学城受益群体、金融产业、房地产经济等方面的影响;找出其在基础设施配套、公交换乘体系、土地开发强度、规避建设风险等方面存在的不足,并提出相应的对策措施与建议。

Abstract: With its convenient and fasting, Metro becoming an integral part of transporting ways of people's lives, and "Metro + University City" development model for the university city of the high-density group travel is a very important role to play. In this paper, using the methods of qualitative and quantitative ways, point - line - face combination , based on field research results and examples, we do the in-depth analysis of the construction and opening of Metro Line ,and get the beneficiary groups, the financial industry, real estate economy and other aspects of Xianlin University City; and we also find its supporting infrastructure, bus transferring system, land development intensity, building to avoid the shortcomings in risk, and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
