摘要:餐饮业是我国第三产业的很重要的一部分,是改善国民生活的关键所在,亦是增加工作选择强盛经济的紧要之处,在改进国民的生活和达成家务劳动社会化中施展着越来越重要的功能。在经济学中称之为餐饮业的朝阳产业将是第二十一世纪中国经济增长的新热点。在新时期新需求下餐饮业怎么对小康社会的全面建设做贡献,已经成为一个热门课题在餐饮业探究。然而餐饮行业的进入壁垒低,消费者的需求瞬息万变,餐饮行业的竞争日趋激烈,要想在这个行业立足,分析竞争优势,研究其竞争优势的可持续性有着重要的意义。在激烈的市场竞争中对于餐饮业竞争优势的可持续性分析,能够明确其定位与发展目标、发展方向。本文以海底捞餐饮股份有限公司为研究对象,以文献分析法和对比分析法从资源、能力、创新、制度四个方面分析“海底捞”竞争优势的可持续性,为其拥有持续性的竞争优势提供建议。

Abstract: Catering industry is a very important part of tertiary industry in our country, it’s an important link to increase people’s life quality, also it’s an important way to expand employment channels and revitalize the economy, it is more and more important in improving people’s life and making the housework socializing come true. Catering industry which is honoured as sunrise industry by economists must is the new hot spot of our country’s economic gain in this century. Catering industry how to contribute to the well-off society in an all-around way under new period and new requirement has become a hot topic in catering industry exploration.However, the entrance barrier for Catering industry is low, the need of customer is change quickly, the more and more stiff competition among Catering industry , if want to keep a foothold in this industry it’s very important to analyze it’s competitive advantage and research its’ sustainable competitive advantage. Analyze the sustainable competitive edge of catering industry in fierce market
competition ,can make sure its’ goal and direction of development.This article chooses HiDiLao hot pot company as object of study, use documental analysis and comparative analysis approach to analyze it’s sustainable competitive advantage from resource、ability、innovate、system four aspects, give advice on having continuable competitive edge.
