康师傅的仓储配送研究.doc

摘要:现今社会正是物流业逐渐发展的时候，企业的仓储配送业务也日益得到重视和发展。这几年来，我国有一部分城市都开始建造物流中心、配送中心，物流基础设施设备逐渐得到改善，整体物流技术水平也正在不断提高。企业物流的仓储配送也相应得到很大的改善，日益趋向合理化。

　　　物流在一个企业的发展中发挥了巨大的作用，建立一个优秀的物流系统可以为企业带来好的经济效益，当然合理的仓储配送也能为企业带来一部分经济效益。本文研究的对象是康师傅企业的仓储配送。在查阅资料和实际调查的基础上，对公司的仓储配送进行分析和研究，从中总结出公司目前仓储配送体系的优点和不足，结合与国内外仓储配送的发展现状，力图找出提升仓储配送效率的方法。

ABSTRACT: Nowadays the society is gradually developing logistics. Warehousing distribution business enterprises are getting more attention and development. In recent years, logistics centers, distribution centers have been built in some city in China.  Logistics infrastructure equipment is gradually improving. The overall level of logistics technology is also constantly rising. Enterprise logistics warehousing distribution is greatly improved and it will be more and more rationalized.

    Logistics plays an important role in the development of an enterprise. The establishment of a good logistics system can bring good economic benefits for the enterprise. Of course, the reasonable distribution can also bring some economic benefits for enterprises. The research object of this thesis is the warehousing distribution of Kangshifu enterprise. Based on literature data and practical investigation, this paper analysis and research the company's warehousing distribution. Then the topic summarizes the advantages and shortcomings of the warehousing distribution system. Combined with the comparison of warehousing distribution at home and abroad and tries to find out the method to improve the efficiency of warehousing distribution.
