[内容摘要] 不良情绪，是影响秘书工作的一个重要因素。它不仅会损害秘书的身心健康，还会导致秘书工作上的失误，从而影响秘书工作的效率和质量，严重的甚至影响工作单位的运作和利益。本文就目前秘书不良情绪研究和管理的现状入手，对秘书产生不良情绪的原因进行了综合性分析，并提出完整的秘书情绪的管理策略。这对于指导秘书工作实践具有非常重要的意义。

Abstract: Negative emotions is an important factor affecting the secretarial work . It will not only damage the physical and mental health of the Secretary but also lead to mistakes of secretary work , thus affecting the efficiency and quality of the work of the Secretary . And it even affect the operations and interests of work unit . The main body of this article is starting with the research and management of secretarial negative emotions and the concept of emotional management,doing a comprehensive analysis of the reasons for the negative emotional of secretary and puting forward the emotions of the secretary of the complete management strategies. This has very important significance for the guidance of the Secretarial working practices. .
