人民币升值对中国经济的影响.DOC

摘要:近年来人民币升值问题成为国内外舆论关注的焦点。随着人民币升值的内外压力不断升温。尤其是以美国为首的西方国家不断给我国施加压力，基于我国发展的基本层面，人民币升值是必然趋势。人民币升值是把双刃剑，在给我国经济社会带来积极影响的同时也带来了负面影响。人民币的升值对中国经济有何积极影响，以及遭遇不利影响。在人民币升值的压力下采取何种策略，从而实现中国的经济实现快速稳定发展。

Abstract:The appreciation of the renminbi in recent years become much-discussed focus of media attention both at home and abroad. Internal and external pressure of RMB appreciation continues to heat up. In particular, the US-led Western countries， based on the basic level of development of our country，continue to put pressure on our country's appreciation of the RMB，which is an inevitable trend.  However，appreciation of the RMB is a double-edged sword。 It not only have a positive impact on our economy and society but also the negative effects at the same time. Thus we should adopt a cautious and scientific approach towards issue of the rise in RMB appreciation, weighing the pros and cons. What kind of positive impacts will be brought by the rising yuan and what appropriate measures shoud be Taken under the pressure of RMB appreciation strategy in order to achieve fast and stable development of China's economic.

随着中国国际地位的提高和经济实力的攀升，人民币逐步升值是个必然趋势，但人为施加影响使其升值恰恰有操纵汇率之嫌，违背了市场经济发展规律。人民币在短期内大幅度升值不仅会给我国经济带来严重的影响，也会给世界贸易乃至全球经济复苏造成冲击。人民币兑美元汇率在短期内保持基本稳定是现实选择，但这种稳定不应影响汇率机制的改革。从长期来看，在经济发展的过程中，可以使人民币汇率保持小幅升值。随着国力的增强和金融市场的逐渐开放以及人民币汇率制度的完善，人民币汇率变化必将呈现更加灵活的走向。在未来的几年内，人民币升值的压力会越来越大，面对美国在人民币汇率问题上的纠缠与强硬打压，中国必须学会用政治乃至国家竞争战略的眼光来看待问题的实质，继续坚持以市场供求为基础、有管理的浮动汇率制度，进一步推进人民币汇率形成机制的改革，保持人民币汇率在合理均衡水平上的基本稳定，促进中国经济的健康发展。
