对于中、小型企业的发展浅析(XX模具厂为例).DOC

摘要:改革开放30多年来，我国的中小企业得到了迅猛发展，中小企业为经济发展、促进就业、拉动民间投资、优化经济结构、活跃市场作出了巨大的贡献。但是目前中小企业的进一步发展壮大还存在不少问题,主要表现在外部环境和自身建设方面。本文通过对中山市日月龙模具厂存在的问题进行分析，提出我国中小企业存在的问题：招工难和用工贵并存影响企业开工、家族式的管理特征、企业缺少核心技术、中小企业融资难、提出了加强对中小企业的政策扶持建议, 规范和清理有关中小企业的税费制度,,完善针对中小企业的社会化服务体系等一系列有利于我国中小企业发展的政策。也进一步说明我国中小企业良好的发展前景。
