摘要：金融危机之后A股市场一直不温不火，现在更是创下了2200点的历史新低。在这个A股市场低迷的情况下，新三板扩容的消息让投资者们摸不清头脑。有人认为新三板会分流A股一部分资金，使股指进一步下跌；也有人认为新三板的优秀企业以及新的模式会给A股市场带来转机。本文主要针对新三板对A股市场各个方面的影响展开了分析与探讨。
文章的第一部分主要是介绍新三板的由来，第二部分主要从新三板对IPO的影响，对于同行业已上市企业的影响以及对A股市场的影响，第三部分结合第二部分分析了新三板的未来，对于科技创新型民营企业的展望。

Abstract：Since the financial crisis of China's Stock market fell again and again, hit a record low of 2200 points. The Stock market downturn, the news of three new board expansion so that investors lost in the mind.
