摘 要:现阶段由于中国在国际贸易以及国际政治中的地位稳步提升。人民币进入了真正的高速发展时期，不管是在国际贸易、国际结算、国际金融产品等方面都发挥着越来越重要的作用，所以建立人民币离岸市场就显得尤为重要。香港凭借其独特的内、外部因素成为了发展人民币离岸市场的首选。在这些年的建设中，香港人民币离岸市场已经取得了骄人的成绩，为人民币国际化开辟了崭新的道路。但是在新的国际形势下，越来越多的国家和地区参与到了人民币离岸业务中来，这使得香港在发展人民币离岸市场的道路上遇到了巨大的阻碍。同时，在发展过程中出现的一些问题，诸如人民币回流、监管措施、产品单一等问题也在困扰着香港人民币离岸市场的发展。
