摘 要:随着服务外包在中国跨越式和爆发式发展，聚集态势日益明显，产业规模迅速提升，外包领域不断扩展，研究服务外包的发展和提升路径具有一定的现实意义。本论文以长三角地区为例进行实证分析研究，分析服务外包行业的发展现状，从而指出其在发展服务外包上的优势劣势，并以此为依据提出服务外包产业的跨越发展与整体提升路径。
本论文的研究为长三角今后制定服务外包产业政策和进一步加快服务外包的发展做出了有益探索，也为我国其他地区发展服务外包产业做出示范作用和提供有益的实践经验。

ABSTRACT:With the great-leap-forward and explosive development of service outsourcing in China,the gathering trend of service outsourcing is increasingly obvious.The scale of the industry is improved rapidly and the fields of outsourcing expand continuously.Therefore,the research on the development and the path of ascension of service outsourcing has certain practical significance.In the thesis, yangtze river delta is taken as example to accomplish the analysis.This thesis will analyse the development situation of service outsourcing and point out its advantages and disadvantages in the development to propose the path of leaping development and overall improvement in service outsourcing industries.
Research of this thesis makes a beneficial exploration for establishing efficient policies and accelerating the development of service outsourcing further.And it also provide useful experiences to the development of service outsourcing industry in other areas of China.
