摘 要:全球经济正处于后金融危机时代。中国的国外市场极度的萎缩，国外市场对中国产品的订单大大降低，国外资本市场对于投资中国的信心不足。在整个中国的外部需求都减少的背景下，对于重庆市而言，为了一举扭转重庆在国内外竞争中的不利局面，提高重庆产业的发展效率，转变经济增长方式。加强重庆的产业竞争力，需要构建重庆现代产业体系。
通过对重庆现有产业体系的总结和分析，本文认为重庆应该加强三次产业之间的关联互动；坚持改革开放，积极承接产业的大转移；推进现代产业体系的机制建设。针对构建重庆现代产业体系，本文提出了一些有效的建议，例如抓住西部开发大机遇，充分释放政策效应；充分利用重庆的区位优势，加强产业间的互动与联系；主动创造有利于构建现代产业体系的外部条件。

ABSTRACT:The global economy is in the post-crisis era. China's extreme shrinking foreign markets, China greatly reduced orders for products, capital markets for investment in China's lack of confidence. Need to build a modern industrial system in Chongqing.
Chongqing existing industrial system through a summary and analysis, I think that Chongqing should strengthen the relationship between the three industries interaction; persist in reform and opening up, and actively undertake industrial transfer large; promote modern industrial system mechanisms.
