摘要:欧洲主权债务危机本质上是欧洲经济一体化的框架缺陷在金融危机冲击下的一次总爆发。本文就欧债危机的演进路径进行了简要的分析与判断，着重讨论了危机对我国国内外投资的影响。欧债危机对中国经济带来的直接不利影响是有限和可控的，但也无疑给中国经济的前景增添了很大的不确定性。同时,应积极抓住欧洲债务危机带来的发展机遇,鼓励中国企业去欧洲市场参与欧洲困境企业的重组,以获得相对成本较低的技术、资源和品牌价值来完善企业自身的建设。正确认识危机有着非常重要的作用，对我国也有着不可忽视的借鉴意义。

Abstract: The European sovereign debt crisis in essence is the European economic integration defects in the framework of the impact of the financial crisis a total outbreak.
